As with all rating portals, people can not only express their anger on kununu, but also write what they like about PACCOR. Since 2015, kununu has been awarding companies that are rated particularly well on kununu. The kununu score changes continuously, so the Top Company seal is awarded on an annual basis to ensure the award is up to date and relevant. The new criteria mean that only around five percent of companies on kununu qualify as a Top Company.
