Andreas Schütte is the CEO of PACCOR.
Andreas Schütte was born in Osnabrück, Germany, in 1962. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Leibniz University Hanover, Germany, and an MBA from Arizona State University Thunderbird School of Global Management. Before joining PACCOR as CEO on March 1st, 2019, Mr. Schütte previously held various board and management positions in international companies, including Hydro Aluminum and the Siteco Group.
Since 2009 Andreas Schütte has been a member of the Management Board of Gerresheimer AG, a group listed in the M-Dax, responsible for the 'Plastics & Devices' and 'Advanced Technologies' divisions.

Since June 2019, Nicolas Lorenz holds the position of PACCOR’s Chief Commercial Officer.
Nicolas Lorenz was born in Mannheim, Germany, in 1968. He joined PACCOR in September 2014 as the Northern Europe Managing Director and later moved on to the position of Vice President Sales.
Mr. Lorenz possesses profound knowledge in areas such as packaging and product technologies, sustainable growth, customer care, trading, and sales. He assumed different management positions such as Managing Director at Packmann (1994), Business Development Director at SCA Packaging, Germany, (2001), Sales Director at Budelpack (2006), General Manager at Ditra, Scitra, and Abiat Oleo (2009), and CCO at Shalina Healthcare (2013).

Starting July 2020, Kilian Braunsdorf is PACCOR’s Chief Financial Officer.
Kilian Braunsdorf was born in Fulda, Germany, in 1975. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, with a major in Corporate Management, Finance, and Production Management, from the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany.
Mr. Braunsdorf started his working life at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young where he focussed on Auditing and Management Consulting. Throughout his career path, he gained experience in several industries such as Automotive, Industrial Products, Manufacturing, and Utilities both in public companies as well as in private equity environments.
Prior to PACCOR, Mr. Braunsdorf worked as the globally responsible Division CFO for one of the leading flexible packaging companies in the Consumer and Food packaging sector.

Starting June 2019, Dr Helmut Ruland is PACCOR’s Chief Operating Officer.
Helmut Ruland was born in Jülich (Rheinland), Germany, in 1970. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the Bergische Universität Gesamthochschule Wuppertal, Germany, and a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) from the Bergische Universität Gesamthochschule Wuppertal, Germany.
Mr. Ruland joined PACCOR in January 2012 as the company’s Innovation & Technology Director, later on acting as Operations Director at Coveris (BU Coveris Rigid). Helmut Ruland began his career at Huhtamäki where he assumed various management positions in operations.

Eva Maria Andersen is PACCOR’s Vice President Group Accounting, Reporting & Tax since May 2022.
Eva Maria Andersen, born in 1975 in Bottrop-Kirchhellen, Germany, holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Tax from the Westfälische Hochschule and is a qualified German tax advisor (Steuerberaterin) since 2007.
Prior to joining PACCOR in October 2020, Ms. Andersen acquired eight years of experience in an audit and tax consulting company, as well as activated for ten years as Director Group Accounting and Tax with OQ Chemicals a worldwide leader in Oxo Chemicals.

Since August 2018, Cécile Desvignes holds the position of PACCOR’s Vice President Group Legal Affairs.
Cécile Desvignes, a French citizen, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University, Pennsylvania, the United States of America, and The Centre d’Études Franco-Américain de Management, Lyon, France. As well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham, England, and Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, Montpellier, France. Ms Desvignes is certified in Corporate Governance.
Ms. Desvignes joined PACCOR in 2005, and over the years she has been administrating the group as well as some of its subsidiary’s legal matters. Prior to this, Ms. Desvignes started her career in consultancy, pioneer medical services, and real estate development companies, in the UK, Belgium, and France. Ms. Desvignes possesses broad knowledge in corporate and contractual matters, risk management, and M&A activities.

Since July 2020, Dr. Kathrin Gimpel is PACCOR’s Vice President Group Human Resources.
Kathrin Gimpel was born in the South of Germany, in 1977. She holds a Bachelor’s diploma in Business Administration and Engineering, a Minor in Applied Cultural Studies, and a Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Economics.
Before joining PACCOR as Vice President Group Human Resources, Ms. Gimpel acquired eleven-years of professional experience by holding several management positions such as the Head of Corporate Function Human Resources Strategy, Personnel Marketing, Personnel Development, Sourcing & Recruiting, and Human Resource Services. Ms. Gimpel acted as a Consultant and Research Associate at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), as Lecturer and Guest Lecturer at various universities such as Göttingen University, FOM – University of Applied Sciences for Economics & Management Essen, University of Applied Sciences Frankfurt am Main and RWTH Aachen University.

Starting May 2022, Waldemar Goras holds the position of PACCOR’s Vice President Group IT.
Waldemar Goras was born in Ruda Śląska, Poland, in 1965. He holds a Master’s degree with a focus on the Technique Department from the University of Silesia, Poland, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), from Franklin University, Poland. As well as an Engineer’s degree with a focus on Networks and Computer Systems and a Postgraduate degree in Computer/Information Sciences, both from the University of Silesia, Poland.
Mr. Goras has been with PACCOR from its very beginning, starting with acting as Huhtamäki’s IT Director, followed by his activity as COVERIS-es Information Systems (IS) Manager, and succeeding as PACCOR’s IT Director.

Since February 2022, Dr. Constanze Hirschhäuser is PACCOR’s Vice President of Group Quality, HSE & Sustainability.
Constanze Hirschhäuser was born in Marburg/Lahn, Germany. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Administration and a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Total Quality Management and Culture - both from the Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.
Before joining PACCOR Ms. Hirschhäuser acquired over fifteen years of professional experience by holding several senior management positions at group level such as Head of Business Relations & Innovations at Norks Hydro ASA or Vice President Quality at Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS. This career path allowed her to gain in-depth experience in industries such as Automotive, Metal and Retail.

Since August 2020, Sonja “Billy” Teurezbacher is PACCOR’s Vice President Group Communications & Marketing.
Sonja "Billy" Teurezbacher was born in Baden, Austria in 1971. She studied Communications Science and Ethnology at the University of Vienna, Austria, also holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Studies in Public Relations and is a certified Investor and Fixed Income Relations Officer.
Prior to PACCOR, Ms. Teurezbacher was Vice President of Communications & Marketing Europe at Schaeffler Group in Herzogenaurach and Schweinfurt. Before that she held several Corporate Communications and Investor Relations management positions in the Solar Industry and in Financial Communications agencies. Ms. Teurezbacher is an expert in Public and Media Relations, Marketing, strategic, financial, digital, and internal communications.

Since May 2020, Marketa Voglova holds the position of PACCOR’s Vice President Group Procurement.
Marketa Voglova was born in Karvina, Czechia, in 1979. She holds a Master’s degree and an Engineer Diploma in Chemistry (Polymers) from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Prague, Czechia.
Ms. Voglova joined PACCOR in 2016 as the company’s Group Director Sourcing GLOBAL RIGID, and later in 2019, after a short break, re-joined the Group Procurement team. For a period of 13 years, Ms. Voglova held different leadership roles in Sales, Business Development, and the Research and Development (R&D) area within Unipetrol Group, a Czech petrochemical company. As well as held an executive role within the R&D center Polymer Institute Brno and was the authorized representative for Unipetrol Deutschland GmbH.

Since December 2021, Michal Ziembinski holds the position of PACCOR’s Vice President Group Digital Transformation.
Michal Ziembinski was born in Poland, 1969. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Silesian University of Technology, and an Executive MBA from Rotterdam’s School of Management, the Netherlands.
Prior to joining PACCOR, Mr. Ziembinski gained over twenty years of international experience in the food packaging industry. He held several management positions at Huhtamaki, such as Director Business Improvements & IT and Head of Operational Excellence in the Fiber Foodservice division, where he achieved operational excellence through structural cost reductions and footprint optimization.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ziembinski has lived in Poland, Finland, the Netherlands and Germany.
