development is market competitive. Our product diversity requires many different skills for the tasks our sales professionals face up to and deal with. PACCOR supports its employees in the sales team by developing their talents individually.
Our Key Account teams help sustain and expand relationships with important and very large accounts within PACCOR. It involves working closely with multiple business departments to maintain and further develop the relationships. Our teams are responsible for achieving the budgets by reaching key objectives and metrics relevant to the key accounts. It is their task to ensure the long-term development and retention of these strategic customers.
Our regional sales teams are the people responsible for the sales of products, marketing activities and brand awareness related to PACCOR’s key market sectors in their region. However, this does not mean that their sales territory is limited to national borders, as they can draw on the entire product range within the Group depending on customer requirements.
To pursue strategic opportunities for PACCOR's market segments, our Business Developemt focuses on strategic opportunities. This is achieved by developing partnerships and commercial relationships, identifying new markets, and exploring new materials and product lines for our expanding range. The team are behind the ideas and initiatives that help make our business better. This includes growing revenues and business expansion, through the implementation of strategic business decisions.
All our colleagues in Customer Service have one specific goal before, during and after the transaction: to offer our customers excellent packaging solutions. And this is why this department plays an important part in the value chain of our clients and makes visible what differentiates PACCOR from our competitors.
