Production
Here at PACCOR we recruit for production workers to assist in the manufacturing process. The production workers responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines. A production worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
General Management
General Managers are tasked with overseeing daily business activities. The activities include improving overall business functions, as a General Manager you are always looking at improvement areas. Our team of General Managers are building extensive training for the departments heads to ensure the best results long term. They are also managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals.
Maintenance
Our Maintenance Technicians perform preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance on our machinery. The team focus on troubleshooting and quickly repairing any mechanical or electrical problems should they arise within our factories. Their day-to-day task can vary greatly based on what needs attention at the time. The ultimate aim is to keep the manufacturing process 100% operational and minimize the amount of downtime.
Production Planning
Our Production Planners are the professionals in charge of ensuring that all materials and goods required for production, go into the right place exactly when they should. They are also responsible for ensuring that manufacturing deadlines are met in a timely manner. The teams work closely with managers and engineers to ensure everything runs smoothly without any hiccups along the way.
Logistics
Without a great Logistics team there would be no products for our direct and indirect customers. The logistics team is an essential part of the whole process where getting the right products at the right time is what the team is passionate about. From managing transportation, planning the shipments to picking / packing all the products, we make sure everything is done with the greatest care without loosing the high pace.
Operational Excellence
Our Operational Excellence teams stablish the lean approach within PACCOR. They promote process-based problem solving, daily management, promote continuous improvement in al aspects of the company. The team constantly drive the implementation of lean manufacturing, facilitate and promote lean activities and training and are sparring partner for our leaders.
