PACCOR Poland has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal for 2019 and is now recognized as one of the top 5% enterprises globally in the sustainable manufacturing of plastics packaging industry. The manufacturer was assessed and appreciated for their achievements in the following areas: environment, labor & human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

PACCOR’s efforts, struggles and focus on sustainability in recent years, has been recognized, not only by customers, but also by external experts. EcoVadis, the globally recognized assessment company, which examines CSR standards in companies around the world, has just awarded PACCOR with the highest possible prize – a gold medal.

EcoVadis assessments focus on 21 issues, which are grouped into four main themes (Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, Sustainable Procurement). The 21 criterias are based upon international CSR standards such as the Global Compact Principles, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standard, the ISO 26000 standard, and the CERES principles.
