Coveris, a global leader in packaging and coatings solutions, announces the appointment of Lee Marks as Vice President, Global Operational Excellence. In this position, Marks will oversee operations at the company’s 66 manufacturing facilities around the world.

As the head of Coveris Operational Excellence, Marks will be responsible for facility planning, process improvement and operational quality and efficiency. Marks will work closely with each Coveris business unit and the leadership team to apply lean manufacturing principals that will support organizational growth and drive customer satisfaction.

Marks brings 30 years of leadership and manufacturing experience to Coveris, most recently serving as Global Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain for Brady Corporation, an international manufacturer of security and safety products. Prior to this position he served as the Regional Vice President of Operations – Americas with Brady Corporation, and Vice President of Operations with Pentair, Inc. He also worked for Arthur Andersen & Company as a Strategic Business Consultant. Marks is a graduate of University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
