Coronavirus Updates

We have been closely monitoring updates on the spread of COVID-19 in Europe, the U.S. and around the world. Taking the seriousness of the situation into account, PACCOR Management would like to stay close to its business partners to ensure transparent and informative communication regarding protection of our employees, customers, business partners and local communities. Therefore, it is our duty to take extra steps and implement specific initiatives to protect members of our large PACCOR family and local communities, especially the most vulnerable.

We would like to inform you that PACCOR has established a COVID-19 Council (CC) to actively monitor the situation. The CC has rolled out a safety plan and has introduced several measures to prevent and contain COVID-19 at a company level. The safety plan covers all areas of involvement of people in our facilities to prevent the spread of COVID-19 into our operations. Among others, the plan contains:

  • Work from home policies – whenever and wherever possible
  • Suspension of business trips, regional and international
  • Complete ban of visitors on site
  • External maintenance support – only under clearly defined conditions
  • Comprehensive cleaning and disinfection programs already in place have been further intensified, and will continuously be adapted
  • Material handling protocols for all supplies to our facilities – including a delivery policy to be signed by transportation companies

In addition, and based on constant communication with local authorities and departments of health in each country, we have implemented several regulation-based actions. Thanks to these actions, we can provide the utmost safety for our employees, and secure continuity of production and supply chains for our customers.

PACCOR, with its multi-site operations, has also created a backup plan that allows us to supply from different production locations, providing assurance to our customers that products can be manufactured and delivered regardless of regional situations.

We are confident that our efforts will reduce the risk to the whole PACCOR community and will allow us to continue our successful cooperation with you. Please visit our website regularly to learn more.
