Group Key Account Manager - Dairy

Katowice (PL)





  • Manage an existing highly strategic account with full responsibility
  • Establishing profitable strategic relationships with the customer’s numerous sites
  • Work with local, regional, and global central functions
  • Ensure that focus on this account is maintained, appropriate relationships developed and offers delivered, and that financial and strategic milestone delivery is achieved
  • Maintain and introduce long term relationships with current and potential customers
  • Develop account’s strategies - identifying growth territory in line with business strategies and the aspirations of the Account on a global level
  • Define & monitor account KPI’s and provide ongoing forecast sales figures
  • Carry out negotiations with customers
  • Perform market analysis and research
  • Collection, interpretation of market trends and competitor information to develop PACCOR capabilities and product portfolio and trigger innovation
  • Work with our innovation team to plan, design, and develop new solutions and associated activities


  • Demonstrable experience of Food FMCG account selling (5+ years) and an understanding of thermoformed in injection-molded packaging (preferred), plastic packaging (essential)
  • Sound commercial acumen with a financial appreciation of costings and pricing, including understanding capex for large investments
  • Proven ability in sales negotiation skills
  • Project Management expertise

  • Develop a strong sense of camaraderie and team spirit
  • Good under pressure and well-organized
  • Strong problem solving and conflict management skills
